The Long Island City Paris Baguette at 27-35 Jackson Avenue was my introduction to Paris Baguette, and because of the exceptional experience I’ve consistently had at this location, it has become my daily go-to stop for coffee, matcha, and pastries. The coffee and matcha are always high-quality, fresh, and prepared perfectly, and the pastries are consistently delicious. The café is always clean and welcoming, and the entire team provides professional, attentive, and genuinely kind customer service. William, the supervisor, is truly wonderful—kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely one of the sweetest people. He always greets me with a smile, remembers my order, and makes every visit feel personal. Those small details really count. He treats both his team and every guest with kindness and consistently provides the highest-quality service. Sikandar is also always incredibly nice, kind, and welcoming. The wonderful staff, quality offerings, and consistently excellent experience are what keep me coming back every day. This LIC location is truly exceptional!

Great breakfast and lunch spot. Came for breakfast I will be back tomorrow for lunch. Great selection and everything we had was delicious. I had the ham and cheese croissant and a blueberry lemon mochi doughnut. Both were delicious! No wait. Service was quick. Great coffee. Highly recommend

I went here 2x and the customer service was horrible. First time I went 30mins before closing and I wanted to purchase something quickly and get out. I waited at least 5 mins before someone acknowledged me and my son. The staff was just folding boxes and taking the food out the display. Not once was I greeted or at least told "hold on or I'll be there in a minute". I think this is very bad for a company and especially if someone is there to Spend Money. There was other patrons there as well and at least they put their head up when someone walked in. I should've left but I really wanted a slice of cake. Second time I went there was this past Tuesday, I swore off going back there because of my 1st experience but I had no choice to go back there because i needed a cake for my Mom birthday. The specific cake was only available at this location and I was a lil mad I went back. I placed an Online Order so it should've been quick and easy pickup but I had to wait a few minutes again to be acknowledged (staff was just at the ice machine and the other one busing tables). Paris Baguette is great! I will return often to various locations...The food was great! 👍 The locations are convenient... The prices were a little high but I achieved lunch for $13 including tips!

The food was horrible. Two stars, vs one, because service was okay at best and atmosphere was fine. It seemed clean too. I got the sourdough breakfast sandwich and asked if it could be heated. The man working at the front desk said yes. He took it, turned around and appeared to be heating it but what I received is what’s pictured in the photo: a cold, overly processed piece of garbage I couldn’t eat. Like McDonald’s but worse. The bread was so bad - not what I’d expect from a bakery. Bland, no sourdough flavor. No crunch. No air bubbles. The egg? Processed garbage. Looked fake. Rubbery. Cold. The bacon and cheddar were the same. The bacon pieces were flat, tiny and non-existent. All this for 750 calories and $8? No thanks. I tried a bite and threw the rest away. What a waste, especially in one of the best cities in the world for food! And the google reviews were pretty good! I’m shocked.
